Today, the winery is over 100 years old and and has changed considerably since it was first established!

We produce an average of 25,000 hectolitres a year across all three colours, with 80 member growers farming over 400 hectares of vines in production. Our range is highly diverse, spanning the Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Cru Sainte-Victoire, IGP Méditerranée and Vin de France appellations. Our vineyard is farmed using a variety of methods, including organic farming, conventional viticulture, and compliance with HVE (High Environmental Value) certification requirements.

Located at the foot of the Cengle ridge, beneath the imposing Sainte-Victoire mountain so often painted by Cézanne, the Rousset vineyard stretches to the banks of the Arc river.

In this exceptional terroir, Cave de Rousset crafts its high-quality wines. The reds are made mainly from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes; the rosés are predominantly Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, while the whites are made from Ugni Blanc, Rolle and Clairette.

Production is 90% rosé wine, 5% white and 5% red. The alchemy of the terroir and the expertise of the growers and winery staff makes it possible to offer subtle, high-quality cuvées.
