Awaken your senses at Cellier Lou Bassaquet in Trets, a cooperative winery established in 1914. Between passion and tradition, come and taste our exceptional cuvées born of the sun-drenched Sainte-Victoire terroir. Whether you enjoy white, rosé or red wine, our cuvées, blending traditional know-how with modernity, are sure to satisfy you.
The winery, founded in 1914, has managed to preserve the spirit of traditional winemaking while equipping itself with cutting-edge technology. It is with this confidence that our 98 grower-members commit to doing everything possible to satisfy discerning wine lovers. For several years now, across 75 hectares, 11 growers have been certified organic, with others in conversion, all committed to farming practices that respect the environment, health and biodiversity.
Our terroir spans nearly 720 hectares, facing the Sainte-Victoire massif. From the foothills of Mont Olympe to the terraced slopes of Kirbon, the vines are rooted in soils that favour good natural acidity in the wines. The north-facing exposure protects the berries from overly intense sun exposure and encourages slow ripening, ensuring a subtle harmony between vine and terroir.
