Just a stone's throw from Aix-en-Provence, where Cézanne once painted his finest canvases of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, Domaine Poyet is a small family vineyard, organically farmed, well worth discovering.
Our exceptional-quality wines are crafted in small batches, with rigour and precision.

We are delighted to introduce Domaine Poyet, a family vineyard at the heart of Provence, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, near Aix-en-Provence.
The story begins with Mikaël, a physics engineer who spent several years working at leading scientific institutions in France and the United Kingdom. Driven by the desire to build something tangible and meaningful, he returned to his roots and planted three hectares of vines on land his family had farmed for generations.
This family adventure carries on the legacy of his parents, Henri and Dany, true inspirations and pillars of the estate. At his side, his sister Anne, a doctor, brings a rigour and a sensitivity to living things that echoes the precision and balance sought in every wine.

Certified organic, the vineyard is farmed with deep respect for nature. The soils are worked gently, sometimes with the help of horses and sheep, and each plot is tended individually to fully reveal its character.
The vines grow on deep, strongly calcareous clay soils, characteristic of the Sainte-Victoire foothills, lending freshness, tension and minerality to the wines.
Deliberately limited production focuses on rosés and whites that purely express the identity of the place. The estate's signature white stands out for its freshness, precision and subtle salinity, while the rosés embody the bright, convivial spirit of Provence.
At Domaine Poyet, every vintage is conceived as a unique creation, blending rigour, emotion and the artistic expression of wine.
