At Château Grand Boise, history is as much lived as it is cultivated. Facing Sainte-Victoire, Jean Simonet, Ana-Sofia Simonet and Romain Tosolini run a unique high-altitude estate in Provence, farmed organically and biodynamically, where precise, vibrant, living wines are born on pink marble soils.

At Château Grand Boise, history is as much lived as it is cultivated.

Facing Sainte-Victoire, the estate covers 37 hectares divided into 94 plots within a forest of nearly 400 hectares.

The vines are grown between 300 and 560 metres altitude on the north-facing slopes, and between 600 and 649 metres on the south-facing slopes, offering a distinctive Provençal terroir that combines freshness and sapidity.

Grand Boise is rooted in altitude, patience and respect for living things.

Farmed organically and biodynamically, this estate reveals a unique terroir on clay-limestone soils and pink marble, giving rise to precise, vibrant and deeply living wines.

Here, nature sets the pace and inspires every decision, in an approach that is free, demanding and respectful of the terroir.

Grand Boise thus produces high-altitude wines with a rare identity.
