At Domaine du Vallon Noir, we are committed to protecting, nurturing and respectfully farming our Provençal land, the land that has sustained us since the very beginning. We have a responsibility to preserve it and to protect the living things that share it, which is why we were pioneers in organic farming and grow our vines without pesticides, GMOs or herbicides. We refuse any chemical intervention in the winemaking of our wines and ferment exclusively with native yeasts, offering an exceptionally high-quality product with balanced, striking flavours.
