present the AOP Côtes de Provence Cru Sainte-Victoire
The AOP Côtes de Provence Cru Sainte-Victoire is the expression of an exceptional terroir at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, with wines renowned for their freshness, finesse and elegance. It is also the culmination of more than 30 years of collective work by the winegrowers. The "Cru" distinction is the official recognition of the quality and identity of the terroir.

The AOP Côtes de Provence Cru Sainte-Victoire is cultivated by women and men:
family vineyards and a genuine network of cooperative winegrowers.
Unique terroir
Here lies a land of tradition and hospitality, shaped by the contrast between fertile valley and the Sainte-Victoire mountain. Beneath our feet, a limestone bedrock. Above, strong sunshine, wide temperature swings, and a Mistral wind softened by the surrounding relief. And what the mountain brings, you find again in the glass: a bright, precise rosé, carried by freshness.
Tasting
The wine house of the Sainte-Victoire Winegrowers' Association is located in Saint-Antonin-sur-Bayon, within the Maison Sainte-Victoire.
At the heart of this exceptional terroir, it offers the chance to learn more about the Côtes de Provence Cru Sainte-Victoire appellation, its wineries and estates, and to discover its wines.
Every week, six wines are offered for tasting (two rosés, two reds and two whites). The wines are also available for purchase at the same prices as at the estates, alongside local artisanal products.
